Gateway Towers Kun Ming, China 2008
Kunming’s new CBD, between the river in the west and Baita Road in the East is being crossed by both Beijing Road and Shangyi Street, separating it into 4 quadrants. These major thoroughfares form the infrastructure skeleton of what will be a vibrant and energetic urban environment with dense building developments. The green heart of the Kunming CBD is a central park which will increase the value of the real estate in the CBD and create a design balance between the natural and the built environment.
